★ In which cases can you refund?

  • Change of mind before shipping the package. This means that we haven't received the tracking numbers yet.
  • Problem with the order when you receive it (missing products, wrong products received, damaged products). In this case, you can request a refund or an exchange.
  • Products not received after 45 working days. If 45 working days after the day you placed the order, you still have not received the products and the tracking shows that they have not yet been delivered. You can request a refund.  

★  In which case are you not entitled to a refund?

  • Change of mind after shipment of products. This means that you already have the tracking number when ordering.
  • Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on sale are not (unless there are issues with the items). 

★  Unexpected damage and problems at the reception  ?

  • Damage in transit
  • Defective item
  • Order shipped in error 

★ How do I refund?

Note  : You have the right to request the refund for 30 days after receipt. 30 days later, neither refund nor exchange is authorized.

  • Contact us immediately after receipt at contact@jadorelabroderiediamant.fr; once the conditions are met, we will issue a refund immediately.
  • Send us the unused item, which must be in the condition you received it, using the original packaging.
    CAUTION :
    • Do not return the item to the supplier
    • Shipping costs related to the return of your item are not refundable, they are your responsibility.
    • For the order over €75, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or purchase insurance for your shipment.
  • Also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate reimbursement
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email indicating that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
  • If approved, within a few days we will refund you using the payment method you chose when you placed the order. 

★  Delayed or missing refunds (if any)?

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact the bank to find out if the transfer takes a little time.

If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund.

★ Some peculiarities?

  • Exchange
    We will only replace and refund items that were originally faulty or damaged.
  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
